These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text (SMS) messaging program operated by Precision Auto Hail Repair ("we," "our," or "us"). By providing your mobile phone number to us, or by opting in through our website, you agree to these terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is incorporated into these terms.
Precision Auto Hail Repair sends text messages to customers who have asked us to contact them — for example, when you request a free hail inspection, submit a form on our website, call us, or give us your number in person.
Message frequency varies depending on your service and your activity with us. You may receive multiple messages in a month while your vehicle is being inspected or repaired.
Important: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message you send or receive.
You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any product or service from us. You can always request service by phone or through our website instead.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, your opt-in, or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.
You confirm that the mobile number you provide is yours, or that you are authorized to consent to text messages on that number. If your number changes, please contact us so we can update our records.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
